Sea Mustard With Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients


10g Seaweed
150g beef brisket

[seasoning]
1 tablespoon (tbsp) sesame oil
2 tbsp soup soy sauce
0.5 tbsp garlic
A little bit of fine salt

 

How to make it

1. Cut the beef into pieces that are easy to eat. Cut seaweed into 2cm lengths and soak it in water. Soak in water for at least 30 minutes.

2. Put beef, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a pan and fry, then add seaweed and fry together. When the surface of the ingredients is dry, add 100ml of water and fry.

3. When the meat surface is cooked, add more water and boil over high heat. When the broth boils, reduce to medium heat.

4. Finally, season with salt or soy sauce and finish.
